We know waiting for something cozy can feel longer than it should, so here’s everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and send our little plushies to you.
1. Processing Time
Once your order comes in, we start getting it ready with care.
Every plush or pillow gets a quick check before it’s packed — we’d rather take an extra moment than rush and miss something.
Most orders leave our place within 1–2 business days, not counting weekends or holidays.
If things ever get a bit busy (like during holiday seasons), we’ll give you a quick heads-up by email.
2. Shipping Options
Right now, we ship within the United States and keep it simple with two choices:
· Standard Shipping — Free
Takes about 3–7 business days after we’ve processed your order.
· Expedited Shipping — $7.99
Usually arrives in 1–3 business days once it’s shipped out.
Every order gets a tracking link so you can follow your plush’s little trip home.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders made before 10 PM (local time) are packed and queued for the next business day.
Anything after that joins the next day’s batch — it’s like giving your plush one more night’s rest before the journey.
4. Delivery Times & Carriers
We partner with trusted U.S. carriers to make sure everything arrives safe, clean, and cozy.
Sometimes delays happen — bad weather, busy seasons, carrier hiccups — but if it ever takes too long or tracking looks stuck, just message us. We’ll figure it out with you.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with the tracking info.
Sometimes the link takes a few hours to update — that’s normal; it just means the package hasn’t been scanned yet.
6. Address Issues & Delivery Problems
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting the order.
If you spot an error quickly, email us right away — we’ll fix it if it hasn’t shipped yet.
If your order was sent to a wrong or incomplete address because of a typo, we can’t always refund or resend it, but we’ll do everything we can to help.
And if your plush gets lost or arrives damaged, don’t worry — reach out to us, and we’ll help sort things out.
7. International Shipping
For now, we only ship inside the U.S.
We’re still small and prefer to keep things reliable before opening up to international orders — but it’s definitely on our list for the future.

If you need something to arrive before a certain date — a birthday, a surprise, or just because — email us first.
We’ll try our best to make it happen, even if it means staying up a bit later to pack your order.
