Before you pick your favorite plush, we just want to go over a few simple notes about how things work here. Nothing heavy. Just keeping it honest and clear.
1. About Koreline
We’re a small U.S.–based team that really believes softness can change a day.
Koreline started from one simple thought — what if comfort could be shared, held, hugged?
That’s still all we do, really.
When you use our site or place an order, you’re basically agreeing to what’s written here — a few ground rules so both sides know what to expect.
2. Who Can Shop
If you’re 18 or older, great. If not, make sure you’ve got an adult’s okay.
When you check out, please double-check that your name, address, and payment info are all correct. It just helps us get your plush to the right home.
3. About the Products
We try our best to show every plush exactly as it is — soft colors, tiny stitches, the little details we love.
But screens can be tricky, and what you see on your phone or laptop might be just a shade off in real life.
Every item is made with love, but availability can change fast. If something sells out or a price shifts, we’ll update the shop as soon as we can.
4. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you’re confirming that all the info you give us is right.
We accept most major cards and PayPal — all safe and secure.
Once your payment clears, your order starts its little journey.
If there’s ever a problem (like a payment error or suspicious activity), we might have to hold or cancel it. Don’t worry — we’ll reach out first before doing anything.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We know waiting for something soft isn’t easy, so we try to ship fast.
· Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 business days
· Expedited Shipping ($7.99): 1–3 business days
Delivery might vary depending on weather, holidays, or carrier delays — things outside our control.
But we’ll always do our best to keep you in the loop.
6. Returns and Refunds
If your plush doesn’t feel quite right, we get it.
You can return it within 30 days after it arrives.
Once we receive and check it, your refund will go out within 7 days — simple and fair.
We just ask that the item be clean and in its original condition (you’d be surprised what some people send back).
7. Privacy
We take your trust seriously.
Your personal info stays with us — we only use it to fulfill orders or make your Koreline experience better.
No selling data. No sneaky ads. No nonsense.

8. Content
Everything you see on koreline.shop — words, photos, designs — belongs to Koreline.
We work hard on each piece, so please don’t reuse anything without asking first.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sometimes things happen that are out of our hands — like shipping delays, lost packages, or a sudden system glitch.
We’ll always help where we can, but Koreline can’t be held responsible for indirect losses that might happen from using our site or products.
If something does go wrong, our total liability will never be more than what you paid for that specific order.
10. Changes
From time to time, we may tweak these terms a little — maybe because laws change, or because we improved something on the site.
When that happens, the “last updated” date above will change too.
If you keep shopping or browsing afterward, that means you’re okay with the latest version.
